Rohan Gupta is a Commerce and Economics educator with over eight years of teaching experience. He founded TheCommerceMentor to give students something more than coaching — a mentor who makes sure they truly understand their subjects and grow in confidence along the way.
He teaches students from Class 9 through graduation, across the CBSE, ICSE and ISC boards and undergraduate university programmes. Because he teaches across so many levels, he knows how each concept is introduced in school, how it deepens in Classes 11 and 12, and how it is examined at university — and he uses that to build every student’s understanding step by step.
His classes are built on conceptual clarity. Each topic is developed from first principles and connected to real businesses and real economic events, so students understand the reasoning instead of memorising answers. That understanding is then turned into marks through structured practice, regular tests and focused guidance on how to present answers in board and university examinations.
